Charter # 51

I think that this photo represents the issue of politics security.  The big blue fence does not allow people to take photos of, or see into the Olympic park. It also is a wall that is void of advertising. Maybe this is what the Olympic Charter 51 is talking about?

This photo is of a boy from an ethnic background with a St. Georges’ flag painted on his face. This is the opposite of the ‘Tebbit test’ which was about immigrants who root for their native countries rather than Great Britain in sports. Maybe Norman Tebbit would endorse this photo?
